If you have muscle spasms, a healthcare provider may prescribe 250 mg or 350 mg
Soma® (
carisoprodol) tablets. There is only one standard dosage of Soma -- one tablet (of either strength), three times a day and at bedtime.
Soma can cause significant drowsiness. Your healthcare provider may recommend that you take Soma only at night, especially if you need to be alert during the day. Soma should only be used for two or three weeks at a time, which should be plenty of time for most muscle injuries to heal.
