Drug Interactions With Orally Disintegrating TramadolWhen orally disintegrating tramadol is combined with certain drugs, interactions can occur. For example, adverse reactions are possible when the pain medicine is taken with St. John's wort, sibutramine, or warfarin, to name a few. Interactions can increase your risk of potentially serious problems, such as memory loss, extreme drowsiness, and seizures, so make sure your doctor knows about all of your medications before starting treatment.
