Endocet Drug Interactions

When antidepressants, barbiturates, or sleep medications are taken together with Endocet, drug interactions may occur. Combining these products with Endocet could increase your risk of serious side effects, such as drowsiness, confusion, memory loss, or difficulty breathing. To help prevent any complications, make sure to tell your healthcare provider about any other medications you are taking before starting treatment with Endocet.

Drug Interactions With Endocet: An Overview

Endocet® (oxycodone/APAP) can potentially interact with a number of other medications. Some of the medicines that may lead to Endocet drug interactions include:
 
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Anticholinergic medications, including but not limited to:
 
 
    • Amobarbital (Amytal®)
    • Butalbital (Fioricet®, Fiorinal®)
    • Pentobarbital (Nembutal®)
    • Phenobarbital (Luminal®)
    • Secobarbital (Seconal®)
 
  • Benzodiazepines, such as:
